The Role

The Social Media Specialist is a valuable member of our Client Services Team. Responsible for developing customer Social Media strategy and effective implementation. Ensures the success of our customer’s Social Media marketing campaign. Creates and launches Social Media campaigns across popular social media platforms, such as, Facebook and Twitter. Develops compelling, topical, and relevant content to post on customer’s social media pages or feeds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage the social media space. You will own the strategy and the execution of the ideas.
• Responsible for developing content across paid, owned and earned social channels. This could include blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos and videos.
• Creates, manages and grows business presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
• Leverages measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics via testing and new initiatives.
• Develop social media program initiatives to improve community size and engagement.
• Knowledge of current Social Media best practices and understanding of Social Media platform processes .
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, and Google+ .
• Experience with leveraging social media management and analytics tools.
• Experience writing, editing and crafting content for the social media space.
• 2+ years’ experience or equivalent implementing Social Media campaigns .
• BA or BS with focus on Advertising/Marketing or other relevant degree.

Location

This role is office-based in our Temecula, CA headquarters (not available for tele-commuting).
