With a multicultural background, Alma comes to ProSites with 15 years of HR experience in the field of advertising, marketing, construction, design/build, social services, retail, and food and hospitality. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management with Park University and obtained her graduate degree in Human Resources through Chapman University. Alma speaks three languages and is currently learning her 4th language (Spanish).
What can you be found doing outside of the office?
I have the penchant for music. I belong to a worship team at church, and never shy to take on a karaoke challenge. I love to Zumba, preferably dance to the Latin beat. My husband and I love running and mountain biking. We ran the USMC Marathon together, some 5Ks, and a few of Ragnar Races.

If you could have any superpower
what would it be?
The power to have a dimensional hearing. Having this power would transform every employee relations issue into a different ball game.
What are you passionate about?
I am very passionate about the delivery of services that I provide to my internal customers.
One thing you would love to do if
you had the chance?
I would like to vacation on a deserted island, devouring fresh fruits/vegetables/seafood, and sunbathe all day.
