CRM Implementation Analyst

We’re looking for an incredibly smart, talented person to join our team as the CRM Implementation Analyst. This go-getter will architect, design, and implement CRM applications and platform solutions that include activities such as:

• Lead and facilitate strategy and implementation meetings.
• Work with internal teams to analyze business requirements, define specifications, and consult on a strategic and operational use of the CRM platform.
• Implement enhancements in CRM workflows, processes and UI based on business requirements and streamline processes.
• Develop project plans while managing budgets and scope of work for tools and contractors.
• Conduct functional and technical gap analysis.
• Design integration solutions for backend services and back office/ERP applications.
• Develop data conversion, lead deduplication and data management strategies.
• Create reports that provide business level metrics to management regarding CRM workflows.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years architecture/technical/functional/configuration experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or SalesForce.
• 5+ years implementation experience in medium to large scale (100+ users) environment.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/XRM customization, workflows and .NET integration.
• Excellent analysis and design skills to implement changes in the application.
• Strong ability to understand client business needs.
• Good understanding of the Microsoft and software technologies - .NET development SQL Server system integration technologies and techniques including SOA, design patterns, etc.
• Exposure to development processes (RUP, MSF) and exposure to agile development processes like SCRUM.
• Experience in creating application architecture and design leveraging UML.
