IT Director

We’re looking for someone who’s incredibly organized, driven, and great at managing a team to join ProSites as the IT Director. This person will plan, direct, and manage all IT activities and operations for the ProSites and CPA Sites divisions.

The ideal candidate for this role has strong technical knowledge, takes a “hands on” work philosophy, and displays incredible project management skills. In addition to these qualities, the ideal candidate will:

• Have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Have min. 7 years of IT experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange; SQL Server; LANs, WLAN’s and WANs;
  Citrix and other connectivity options.
  

Duties include but aren’t limited to:

• Research and evaluate new technologies that will improve service and/or reduce costs to the company.
• Manage third party service providers and SLA’s to ensure cost effective performance.
• Manage IT operations including corporate, data-center and cloud.
• Prioritize and schedule major project initiatives including pre-planning, QA and launch.
• Develop and monitor implementation of annual business plan and operating budget for the department to ensure financial targets are met.
• Negotiate service level agreements, renewal agreements and new contracts with external service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met.
