Member Service Representative

We’re looking for a bubbly, outgoing individual to join us as the Member Services Representative. This person will provide ongoing support to ProSites clients in a timely and professional manner.

This person will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with ProSites clients by providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities/abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly address and/or talk through a solution to ProSites clients (i.e. walk clients through updating their website, answering common questions, etc.).
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes that they can easily explain via email or the phone to ProSites clients.
