SEO Content Writer

Company Overview: Put your tech savvy, customer-focused content writing skills to work on behalf of our extensive SEO client base of dental and medical firms (ProSites brand) and financial services companies (CPA Site Solutions brand).

Role Summary: As a member of our multi-faceted SEO program, the content writer is responsible for researching, writing and posting, original, informative, interesting and SEO-rich content for our clients’ websites. This position has direct client contact, discussing essential components of a client’s business services to facilitate content generation, inclusive of landing pages, blog posts and press releases. Work in conjunction with SEO analysts to synchronize content and other optimization strategies to drive more relevant traffic to clients’ websites.

Requirements:

• Excellent writing skills (in the English language) for concise web content; knowledge of SEO content best practices highly desires.
• Min. 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in a technology setting.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or Creative Writing, or other work experience in digital marketing preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently, follow procedures and adhere to due dates and established turn-around times with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and appreciation for quality and the implications to company and clients’ reputation and branding.
• Adept at problem-solving, including ability to creatively develop solutions and work-arounds as needed.
• Intermediate knowledge of web display languages (e.g., HTML), CRM database, and Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel) is also required. Basic knowledge of web-based applications and common Internet protocols and conventions (web browsers, email, HTTP, FTP).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and in writing; positive customer service experience, including managing difficult situations and difficult people.
• Prioritize needs of self, others and organization, contribute to an enjoyable and supportive work atmosphere.

This role is office-based in our Temecula, CA headquarters (not available for tele-commuting).
