SEO Offsite Specialist

Do you relish the challenge of keeping pace with digital marketing methods that facilitate a local business performing well in search engine rankings? Seeking internet-savvy detectives to apply for our entry-level SEO Offsite Specialist position.

Company Overview: Put your tech savvy, customer-focused SEO skills to work on behalf of our extensive client base of dental and medical firms (ProSites brand) and financial services companies (CPA Site Solutions brand).

Role Summary: In this entry-level position you’ll be responsible for setting up a portfolio of clients by delivering on-time, proactive, responsive offsite SEO. You’ll work alongside our content writers and onsite specialists to produce accurate business listings to boost our clients’ online visibility. You’ll create and launch SEO structured citations while adhering to local directory guidelines (e.g., on Google + and Yelp).

Direct client consultation as well as synchronization with Sales and Customer Service teams are a regular aspect of this role, so be sure your organizational skills are equally matched by your interpersonal savvy.

Abilities:

• Min. 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in a technology setting.
• Min. high School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other work experience in digital marketing preferred.
• Basic understanding of local SEO objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and in writing (in the English language).
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based applications and common Internet protocols and conventions (web browsers, email, HTTP, FTP). Experience with using databases such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft Dynamics 2013, Salesforce etc. desirable.
• Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently, follow procedures and adhere to due dates and established turn-around times with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and appreciation for quality and the implications to company and clients’ reputation and branding.
• Adept at problem-solving, including ability to creatively develop solutions and work-arounds as needed.

This role is office-based in our Temecula, CA headquarters (not available for tele-commuting).
