Ben Valdez

Director of Customer Experience

Ben has over 10 years of experience working in senior leadership positions in the SaaS technology space with work done both in America and with teams in Egypt, India, the Philippines, and Costa Rica. He utilizes his skillset in client retention, team management and procedural implementation to plan, coordinate, and scale processes to bring improvements to the client experience. His passion is growing teams by using best practices to coach, develop and skill transfer.

Outside of work, what can you be found doing?

Being a huge sports fan and from Los Angeles, you can find me at a Dodger, Laker or USC football game pretty often. I also enjoy traveling with my wife, playing basketball and volleyball, throwing a Frisbee with my dog, hiking, eating at great restaurants, and hosting social gatherings at home.

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

I’d love to be able to fly.

What are you passionate about?

Growth, both personally and professionally, I believe wholeheartedly that the only limits we have are the ones that we put on ourselves. I am constantly striving to push my limits and influence those around me to do the same.

One thing you would love to do if you had the chance?

I would love to have Rob Pelinka’s job as the GM for the Los Angeles Lakers; I would’ve gotten us to championship contention without bringing Lebron to L.A. ☺
