Digital Client Services Manager

Reports To: Director of Client Services

Summary:

ProSites is looking for an accomplished Manager to lead our fast growing Digital Client Services Team (SEO Maintenance, Social Media Management, and Pay Per Click). You will be responsible to oversee key client relationships, key performance indicators, and our internal-team relationships to ensure success. Previous Internet Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social, etc.) and Google analytics experience required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing staff as it relates to exceptional client service delivery and interaction and staff growth and advancement
• You will need to have knowledge of SEO, online marketing, analytics and digital marketing
• Oversee the digital client services/product workflow, including people, process, and productivity. Ensure workload, campaign launch, ongoing account optimization, and client engagement are executed on time, within budget, and with quality.
• Oversee resource allocation, measure staffing capacity and productivity, and provide regular reporting and analysis to Senior Management.
• Define key performance indicators by offering and package level to ensure digital service/product strategy is meeting its goal and determine methods of course correction necessary to achieve desired results.
• Understand customers’ digital marketing goals and help translate goals into executable strategies that demonstrate ROI, enhance our value to our clients and result in a positive client experience.
• Address escalated issues to repair client relationships and set proper expectations for continued service and performance.
• Drive and oversee client update meetings where you share analytical data, provide campaign feedback, and work on client changes
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams including Service, Sales, Design and Development to continually advance effectiveness of digital client services, client satisfaction and department growth.
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:

• Min. 2 years of Digital Marketing experience in a hands-on role involving campaign management and optimization
• Min. 3 years of personnel management experience in a client based, service-oriented business environment.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and in writing, and translate complex subjects for a diverse audience, including internal teams, clients and business owners
• Strong customer focused experience including managing difficult situations constructively
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Proven methods to manage and develop staff.
• Ability to employ a high degree of discretion in dealing with confidential matters
• High tolerance for change and respect for dynamic entrepreneurial management philosophy
• Familiarity with best practices and trends in digital marketing services

Location

This role is office-based in our Temecula, CA (not available for telecommuting).
