Basic Functions:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, training and motivating the ProSites sales team that sells a portfolio of website design and internet marketing solutions, meeting or exceeding sales team quotas. The SM will conduct trainings, manage a sales team’s pipeline and provide coaching and support to help their assigned team exceed quotas and goals set by upper management. The SM will lead by example and provide a professional, exciting and challenging environment for their team. Successful candidates will have previous experience as a top producing sales leader in a fast-paced inside sales environment. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales.

This role is office-based in our Temecula, CA headquarters (not available for tele-commuting).
