As with all good things, there must be boundaries set. Here are the official rules and regulations of the ProSites referral program:

1. Program is open to all current ProSites and PracticeMojo members.
2. To be eligible, all referrals must be submitted through the form on this page. Referrals must be submitted prior to an agreement between the referred practice and ProSites/PracticeMojo being finalized.
3. To be eligible for the reward following a completed demonstration, the demonstration must include the dental practice business owner. The $100 Amazon gift card will be sent out within 3 weeks of the completed demonstration via email.
4. For each purchase that is made and is still active 90 days after signing as a result of the referral, the person making the referral will be provided a $250 Amazon gift card via email.
5. There is no limit to the number of rewards that can be earned.
6. The referring account must be in good standing to receive the referral credit. The award cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. This program runs from 1/1/24 through 1/31/27. The referred practice must purchase prior to 1/31/27 for the referring practice to be compensated.
8. ProSites will make every effort to contact the practice being referred. If we are not able to connect with the practice, no reward will be given.
9. A paying customer is defined as someone spending more than $90 per month with ProSites.
