ProSites Support, Service, & Software

At ProSites ease-of-use and client experience is important to us, which is why we combine all support, service and software components into one monthly fee that includes:

Unlimited Website Editor Access and Member Service – ProSites’ website editor allows you to edit, update and/or upgrade your website at any time. With the website editor you can add unlimited web pages and photos, and add or edit content at no additional cost. The website editor also gives you the unique ability to change the color scheme and layout of your website with the simple click of a button. With ProSites, you can make as many changes as you’d like in a matter of minutes, and preview those changes before they are published to your live website. If you prefer not to make changes yourself, ProSites’ member service and support team is available Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm PST to make changes for you, or answer any questions you have about how to get the most out of your website.

Website Upgrades – As a ProSites member, you benefit from our exclusive FutureNow Assurance™. This feature gives you full access to all future updates and enhancements at no additional charge. This ensures that you have the latest technology without having to pay for upgrades.

Domain Renewal – ProSites manages your annual domain name renewal, so you don’t have to worry about expiration dates.

Complimentary Email Service with Spam Filtering – ProSites includes seven layers of protection on all incoming emails to help identify and destroy viruses and spam before they reach your computer.

Webmail Access - In addition to the standard POP3-based email that is accessible via an email client (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.), ProSites also provides a webmail interface similar to Hotmail or Gmail. With webmail you can send and receive emails simply by opening your Internet browser and logging into your personal webmail page.

Business Class Hosting - ProSites provides “clustered hosting,” which means your website is hosted in duplicate on multiple servers. Clustered hosting has numerous benefits, including better resource utilization to ensure your website loads quickly even during peak traffic times. It also provides seamless backup so that in the event of a complete server failure your website will still be available on the duplicate server.
