  • Have a very good idea of how many patients are calling my practice from my website – I’m able to monitor this information via analytics or a dashboard from my website provider.
  • Guesstimate that I’m getting a handful of patients finding my practice, but I’m not entirely sure. Patients will reference that they found my website, so that’s why I think it’s working – at least a little bit.
  • Have no idea if it’s helping or hurting my practice. I’m not able to tell how much money I’m gaining or losing from my website and if it’s effective in helping me grow my practice.

When you go to various pages of your website, generally speaking, which most accurately reflects the overall content on the pages?:

  • The content has been optimized for search engines and patients. I use appropriate section headings, bullet points where applicable, imagery that supports the content on the page, and end each page with a call-to-action that encourages visitors to contact my practice.
  • I’ve personalized the content a bit to make it my own and though the pages are lengthy, I do try to add in some bullet points here and there to help visitors skim and scan the page. I try to use calls-to-action but they’re not on every page.
  • I don’t use a lot of imagery and it’s mostly just blocks of text without any headings or use of bolding. It’s a bit disorganized and rarely includes a form or call-to-action on the page.
